 Scarlett assumes the role of Broker-Owner, offering steadfast advocacy throughout every transaction. With a lineage tracing back seven generations in Texas, and over two decades industry experience, she has become a trusted resource for all Texas investment opportunities. 

Her accomplishments, including obtaining her Broker’s license in 2021 and being named a Platinum Top 50 Finalist in 2022, set her apart in the industry. These prestigious recognitions highlight her exceptional performance, commitment to education, and deep community engagement.

Scarlett also holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas State University, further underscoring her dedication to personal and professional growth. Driven by an innate passion for service, she finds fulfillment in guiding clients through pivotal life decisions, viewing her career as a means to positively impact their lives.

Her expertise spans a diverse range of real estate specialties, including residential homes, remodeling, ranches, development, 1031 exchanges, staging, and investment properties. FARM/RANCH SPECIALIST

Clay’s professional journey is deeply rooted in ranching, shaping both his career and life. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries and a Master of Agriculture in Rangeland Ecology & Management from Texas A&M University. Clay’s expertise began as the Ranch Manager of the expansive 235,000-acre Kennedy Foundation Ranch in Sarita, Texas, where he skillfully managed wildlife and ranch operations for ten years.

To broaden his knowledge, Clay transitioned to Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC, serving as a Range & Pasture Specialist for 15 years. In this role, he worked with landowners across Texas to create strategic plans that optimized ranches for both cattle production and wildlife conservation. His work included detailed mapping, customized herbicide applications, and sustainable practices that improved rangeland and wildlife habitats.

Clay now serves as a Range and Pasture Account Manager with Orion Solutions, where he continues to provide tailored solutions for ranchers and landowners throughout Texas. By collaborating with producers, he offers recommendations that enhance productivity while promoting wildlife habitats.

In addition to his extensive experience, Clay is a licensed referring real estate agent and co-owner of Wolter Real Estate. While many of his clients' ranches become legacies passed down through generations, his services are also sought after by investors. For these clients, Clay provides peace of mind with expert guidance on ranch productivity and Scarlett’s skilled representation when buying, selling or investing.
